never in all my years of life have I thought that ive changed- until yesterday when I was catching up with warren. we talked about when we first met each other in freshman/sophomore year of high school. he told me what his impression of me was back then and how glad ive changed of the better since. I was like “arf? I’ve changed? how?” and he gave me legit reasons and examples.. when we met I was quiet, reserved, dressed fobby (LOL) and always rocked that pony tail. haha I told him the origin of my pony tail [every]days. when I was younger I ALWAYS had to have my hair up and out of my face or else my mom would yell at me and tell me I looked like a crazy lady. it also somewhat had to do with being a dancer. of course, in dance I couldn’t have my hair in my face. (Chinese teachers mad strict) and so these rules just carried onto everyday life. probably started wearing my hair down in mid-high school years. LOL how sad does that sound..
warren told me how he had no interests of being friends with me back then. I guess I in part, have to thank Klee for giving me the opportunity to have a decent conversation with warren which obv led to our continuing friendship :D In the end I was just like “you right, you right. I have changed” haha
this made me think about what other people may have thought about me when i first met them and if I’ve changed in their perspective also. hopefully, if I did change it was also for the better in their mind. did you see me as someone you’d be [good] friends with?
